There's no place like home for Clover Hill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Cosby Titans 8-7. The Cavaliers haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Keller Williams looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Clover Hill let Lucas Rose and Owen Tingen run wild. Rose went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI, while Tingen went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Blake Spence was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Clover Hill's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Cosby, the loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 7-4-1.
