Jackson-Milton never let their opponents score on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Lowellville Rockets. The Bluejays haven't had any issues with the Rockets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Jackson-Milton back to even at 6-6. As for Lowellville, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Jackson-Milton will take on Mineral Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Bluejays surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lowellville, they will host McDonald at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Rockets surely won't give up without a fight.
