Softball Recap: Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm vs. St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings
Mercersburg Academy put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings a 10-0 shutout. Mercersburg Academy's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.
Adi Rinker was incredible, going 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.
The win got Mercersburg Academy back to even at 8-8. As for St. John's Catholic Prep, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
