Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian was the 7-2 winner over Tucker County when they last played one another last Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain Lions on Monday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity Christian saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Hutson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Trinity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Tucker County, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-14.

Trinity Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tucker County, they have already played their next matchup, a 7-0 loss against Tygarts Valley on the 7th.
