Cody and Buffalo are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Broncs will take on the Bison in a tournament on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Cody comes in on 13 and Buffalo on five.

Cody is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Wyoming's top teams: Torrington, who was ranked 13th at the time (Cody was ranked fifth). The Broncs never let the Trailblazers get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Friday.

Meanwhile, Buffalo hadn't done well against Worland recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way last Friday. The Bison skirted past the Warriors 2-1. Two seems to be a good number for Buffalo as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Buffalo pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Cody, their win bumped their record up to 15-1.

Cody beat Buffalo 3-1 when the teams last played back in April. Do the Broncs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
