 Sadly, Pensacola is still looking for their first win of the season after eight  matches. Their  tough  23-8 loss to the Booker T. Washington Wildcats  on Tuesday might stick with them for a while. That's two games in a row now that Pensacola has lost by  exactly 15  runs.
  Reigna Robinson was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring a  run and  stealing two bases. The team also got some help courtesy of  Paeton Wiser, who  scored a  run and  stole a base.
 On Booker T. Washington's side,  Dougherty Brogan and  Ja'Kia Hollis did most of the damage at the plate:  Brogan  went 2-for-4 with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and three  RBI, while  Hollis  scored four  runs and  stole eight bases while  getting on base  in two of her four plate appearances.  Jordin Montgomery was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.
 Pensacola's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Booker T. Washington, their win bumped their record up to 5-12.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pensacola will  challenge West Florida at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. West Florida's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7  runs per game  this season, so Pensacola's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Booker T. Washington, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Pensacola Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Pensacola Catholic is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.9  runs per game this season.
