Football Game Recap: Albany vs. Oakland Military Institute

Albany gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They were able to grind out a solid win over Oakland Military Institute, winning 20-12.

Albany got off to a sluggish start, posting 6 total points in the first half. The score was 6-6. In the second half, however, Albany's defense made a stand and allowed a meager 6 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving Albany a 1-0 record and starting Oakland Military Institute off at 0-1.
