Soccer Recap: Carmel Christian Takes a Loss

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Carmel Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They fell just short of the Cary Academy Chargers by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, Carmel Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while Cary Academy are ranked 16th).

Carmel Christian's goal came courtesy of Lucy Grow, who's now up to nine this season.

As for Cary Academy, they will head out to face off against Ravenscroft at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
