Softball Recap: Clear Lake Picks Up Eighth Consecutive Win

Clear Lake hadn't done well against La Porte recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Clear Lake Falcons came out on top against the La Porte Bulldogs by a score of 5-2. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 4-2 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for La Porte, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1-1.
