Schaumburg Christian came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Christian Life Eagles by a score of 2-0. The Conquerors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Schaumburg Christian took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-10.

Sarah Perfanov paced Schaumburg Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Perfanov got some help from Eunice Cho and her 13 assists. Giada Falco controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Schaumburg Christian's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Christian Life, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.
