Basketball Recap: Central Clinton Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Central Clinton lost against Pleasant Valley back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Central Clinton Sabers took a 37-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pleasant Valley Spartans.

Central Clinton's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1. As for Pleasant Valley, they pushed their record up to 1-2 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Central Clinton will take on Assumption in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pleasant Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 37-33 victory against Central DeWitt on the 13th.
