Baseball Recap: Clovis West Takes a Loss

Clovis West saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Miscione, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Miscione is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

The loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 13-8. As for Buchanan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-3.

While Clovis West had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
