 Tracy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bear Creek Bruins  a   5-0 shutout  on Tuesday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Tracy.
  Hayden Fell made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Fell has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Fell was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in two of her three plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Emma Golden, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 Tracy's victory was  their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 22-3-1. As for Bear Creek, their defeat  ended  a  six-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 13-10-1.
 Tracy will face off against Granite Bay at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Granite Bay: 3.8, Tracy: 1.7) so any  runs scored will be well earned. Bear Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
