Basketball Recap: Prosser Piles Up the Points Against Ephrata

Prosser won the last time they faced Ephrata and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Prosser Mustangs blew past the Ephrata Tigers 86-54. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 31 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Prosser and bumps their season record up to 11-4. As for Ephrata, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prosser will head out to square off against Othello at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Prosser knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Othello likes a good challenge. As for Ephrata, they will head out on the road to challenge Grandview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grandview will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Ephrata surely won't give up without a fight.
