Calera kept a clean sheet against Chilton County on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Chilton County Tigers with a sharp 4-0 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Chilton County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alex Montoya, Edson Gonzalez, Alex Garcia, and Matthew Doerfler.

Calera has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four matchups. Chilton County's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-6-1.

Calera didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Homewood on the 19th. Chilton County will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Benjamin Russell at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st.
