Volleyball Game Preview: Florida Christian Patriots vs. Palmetto Panthers

The Florida Christian Patriots will be taking part in a tournament against the Palmetto Panthers at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Florida Christian sitting on three straight victories and Palmetto on five.

Florida Christian picked up another tournament win on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over TERRA Environmental.

While Florida Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Palmetto had just enough and edged out Downtown Doral 2-1 on Friday.

Palmetto's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Florida Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-2.

Florida Christian skirted past Palmetto 2-1 when the teams last played two weeks ago. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
