Softball Preview: Southmont Mounties vs. Covington Trojans

The Southmont Mounties will take on the Covington Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Southmont has six straight victories, Covington has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Ella Barry made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits.
