Jefferson-Morgan won against Bethlehem Center on Wednesday with 17 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Rockets were the clear victors by a 17-0 margin over the Mapletown Maples. Considering the Rockets have won five games by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Jefferson-Morgan and bumps their season record up to 7-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Mapletown, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10.
