Basketball Recap: Gibbs Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Gibbs had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the West Rebels and fell 70-37. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-24.

West has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Gibbs didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-43 loss against South-Doyle on the 22nd. As for West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-55 defeat against Jefferson County on the 22nd.
