Football Game Preview: Mogadore Wildcats vs. Collinwood Railroaders

The Mogadore Wildcats will challenge the Collinwood Railroaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mogadore has four straight wins, Collinwood has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Mogadore is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 35-7 victory over Pymatuning Valley. The Wildcats not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 18, 2024 (when they won 41-7).

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Collinwood's offense. They were dealt a 58-0 loss at the hands of John Marshall on Friday.

Collinwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Mogadore, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Everything came up roses for Mogadore against Collinwood in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 47-14 victory. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Railroaders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
