Greenfield had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.2 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wayne Christian Eagles 89-33. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Greenfield has also been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.6 points per game. As for Wayne Christian, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12.

Greenfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, an 84-57 victory against First Flight on the 18th. As for Wayne Christian, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Wayne Christian Eagles challenge the Epiphany Falcons at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne Christian is facing Epiphany at the right time seeing as Epiphany is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
