Soccer Game Preview: Glenbard South vs. De La Salle + How To Watch

The Glenbard South Raiders will head out on the road to challenge the De La Salle Meteors at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Glenbard South is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They beat Juarez by a goal, winning 3-2. Glenbard South's winning goal came courtesy of Wyatt Bremer.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask De La Salle). They blew past Nazareth Academy 8-0 on Monday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering De La Salle's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Nazareth Academy are ranked 326th).

De La Salle is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 39 goals over those 13 matches. As for Glenbard South, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10-5.
