Calvary Baptist Academy barely beat Evangel Christian Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cavaliers put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 11-4 victory on Friday. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Calvary Baptist Academy got a great performance from Patrick Digilormo as he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. The dominant performance also gave Digilormo a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

On the hitting side, Garrett Lee was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. Cooper Holmes was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Calvary Baptist Academy hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in six consecutive contests.
