South Haven came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Caldwell, but Jax Noyes wouldn't allow it. The Bluejays escaped with a win on Saturday against the Cardinals by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46 with plenty of help from Noyes, who went 5-for-6 to rack up 15 points and six rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 52.6% field goal percentage.

Caldwell's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for South Haven, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Caldwell will venture away from home to challenge Conway Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Haven, they will head out to face off against Medicine Lodge on Thursday.
