Soccer Recap: American Heritage Comes Up Short

American Heritage lost against Reagan back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The American Heritage Patriots fell just short of the Reagan Bison by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Patriots have lost by just one goal.

American Heritage has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-4 record this season. As for Reagan, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. American Heritage will head out to challenge Divine Savior Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Reagan, they will challenge Downtown Doral at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Reagan's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
