Walker put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Northwood Falcons 56-18. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 28 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Arionna Patterson, who went 6 for 11 on her way to 19 points in addition to eight steals and five boards. Those eight steals gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Cookmeyer, who posted 19 points.

Walker smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive board total in three consecutive contests.

Walker's win was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.4 points. As for Northwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.

Walker wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-31 victory against Oak Hill on the 28th. As for Northwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 70-68 win against Leesville on the 28th.
