Volleyball Recap: Seabreeze's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games + How To Watch

Seabreeze lost against Matanzas back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sandcrabs took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates. The loss was the Sandcrabs' first of the season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 12-25, 25-12, 25-21.

Having lost for the first time this season, Seabreeze fell to 8-1. As for Matanzas, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Seabreeze didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Pine Ridge on the 15th. As for Matanzas, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Augustine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
