Baseball Game Preview: Kilgore Bulldogs vs. Spring Hill Panthers

For the second straight game, Kilgore will face off against Spring Hill. The Bulldogs will square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kilgore is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Spring Hill just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

Cason Edney spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on eight hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
