Paducah Tilghman put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Carlisle County Comets 12-1. 12 seems to be a good number for the Blue Tornado as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Paducah Tilghman got a massive performance out of Sophie Key, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Bobbitt, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

Paducah Tilghman hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most two strikeouts in three consecutive matchups.

Paducah Tilghman's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Carlisle County, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
