Baseball Recap: Arlington Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Arlington proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by 11) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Guardian Angels Central Catholic/West Point Beemer 4-3. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 8-5 victory Guardian Angels Central Catholic/West Point Beemer walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Luke Sharp was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Peyton Marfisi was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

The win was the fourth in a row for Arlington, bringing their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Guardian Angels Central Catholic/West Point Beemer, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
