Basketball Recap: Duanesburg Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Berne-Knox-Westerlo, Duanesburg was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 46-39 win over the Schoharie Storm. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-19 back in November of 2024.

Duanesburg's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-3. As for Schoharie, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Duanesburg Eagles duke it out with the Galway Golden Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Schoharie, they will welcome Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
