Soccer Recap: Fairview Triumphs

Fairview proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by five) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Vermilion Sailors. For Fairview, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win Vermilion walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Fairview now has a winning record of 4-3-3. As for Vermilion, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairview will head out to take on Brooklyn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vermilion, they will face off against Clyde at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
