Baseball Recap: King's Academy Finds Home Field Redemption Against Somerset Academy - Canyons

There's no place like home for King's Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the Somerset Academy - Canyons Cougars 13-4 on Monday. Considering the Lions have won four matchups by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Dominic Bretti was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Dalton Needle was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3.

King's Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Somerset Academy - Canyons only posted an OBP of .281.

King's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Somerset Academy - Canyons, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4.
