Softball Game Preview: Arlington Red Devils vs. Pandora-Gilboa Rockets

The Arlington Red Devils will venture away from home to square off against the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Arlington is looking for their season's first victory.

Arlington fell victim to Spencerville and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bearcats, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, Pandora-Gilboa lost 25-2 to Elmwood on Monday. The Rockets have struggled against the Royals recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Pandora-Gilboa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Arlington, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Arlington got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April of 2025 against Pandora-Gilboa by a conclusive 13-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
