Soccer Game Preview: Northwest vs. Perry

The Northwest Indians will square off against the Perry Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Northwest's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Northwest managed to slip by Orrville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Indians came up short against the Red Riders on Wednesday, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, Perry hasn't lost a match since September 13th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They and Green finished up their match with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Perry's first draw of the season.

Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-2. With that draw, Perry's record moves to 12-3-1.
