Monadnock was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Winnisquam on Thursday. The Huskies never let the Bears get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Huskies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by six runs or more this season.

Monadnock's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Winnisquam, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Monadnock is set to take on their familiar foe Stevens at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Winnisquam will face off against rival Gilford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
