Softball Recap: Comanche Takes a Loss

Comanche fell victim to Breckenridge and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Breckenridge Buckaroos by a score of 1-0. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 9-5 to the Buckaroos when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Comanche's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Breckenridge, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-7-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Comanche will welcome Early at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Breckenridge, they will be playing at home against Tolar at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Breckenridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.
