Basketball Recap: McLaughlin Takes a Loss

McLaughlin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Winner Warriors 60-30. Having soared to a lofty 57 points in the game before, the Mustangs couldn't push the score so high this time.

McLaughlin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Winner, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McLaughlin will host Wakpala at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Winner, they will welcome Platte/Geddes at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
