Valentine had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Pine Bluffs Hornets.

Mia Sherbeyn paced Valentine's offense, picking up eight kills. Sherbeyn got some help from Devahney Belville and her 23 assists. Danika Janssen controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Valentine now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Pine Bluffs, with the loss, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-3.

Coming up, Valentine will host North Central on Tuesday. As for Pine Bluffs, they will venture away from home to face off against Kimball at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
