It's playoff time, and Buckeye had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Lake Havasu Knights with a sharp  13-3 win on Wednesday. Considering the Hawks have won 14 matchups by more than seven  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
Buckeye got a  massive  performance out of  Payton Aguirre, who  went 1-for-3 with four  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Those  four  RBI gave  Aguirre a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaleikaumaka Ellis, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Buckeye  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They are  a perfect 12-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Buckeye's victory bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Lake Havasu, their defeat was  their fifth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 9-13.
 Coming up, Buckeye will face off against Canyon del Oro at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Dorados will roll in looking for their  12th straight  win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight. Lake Havasu does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
