Football Game Preview: Rockcastle County vs. Russell County

Rockcastle County have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Russell County at 8:00 PM. Rockcastle County are limping into the game on a four-game losing streak.

We expected Rockcastle County to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Wayne County last Friday, and they did. Rockcastle County have to be aching after a bruising 6-40 loss to Wayne County.

Meanwhile, Russell County and Campbellsville were almost perfectly matched up, but Russell County suffered an agonizing 33-34 defeat. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Russell County.

Rockcastle County took their contest against Russell County the last time the two teams met by a conclusive 46-21 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rockcastle County since the team won't have home-field advantage.
