King had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Middleton Tigers 76-42. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

George (TJ) Daniels went supernova, dropping a double-double with 19 points and 11 assists. Another player making a difference was Rodney Smith, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 15 points and five steals.

Looking ahead, King won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Plant City at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Middleton, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Riverview at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
