One reason for the loss might be Hokes Bluff's aggressive play style: Isabelle Lancaster and Karson Bruce were both handed yellow cards.

Hokes Bluff hit Cherokee County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Maggie Bray, Brylee Miller, Maliyah Applegate, and Bruce.

Hokes Bluff's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for New Hope, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
