Patton's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Draughn, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 0-4.

Everything came up roses for Draughn against Patton in their previous meeting back in August of 2023, as the team secured a 49-6 victory. In that contest, the Wildcats amassed a halftime lead of 28-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
