Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph-Ogden Comes Up Short

St. Joseph-Ogden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Cissna Park Timberwolves. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Timberwolves when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19.

St. Joseph-Ogden's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Cissna Park, they pushed their record up to 19-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, St. Joseph-Ogden will venture away from home to face off against Prairie Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cissna Park, they will head out to square off against Hoopeston at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
