Basketball Recap: Woodlan Comes Up Short

After soaring to 55 points the game before, Woodlan was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They came up short against the Leo Lions, falling 42-22. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Camden Brooks was Woodlan's leading scorer, having posted six points. Ashtin Jacquay took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Woodlan's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Leo, their victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodlan will take on Bluffton at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Leo, they will challenge Norwell at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
