Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cumberland). Everything went their way against the Cranston East Thunderbolts on Friday as the Cumberland Clippers made off with a 58-36 win. The Clippers haven't had any issues with the Thunderbolts recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Cumberland's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Cranston East, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-17.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cumberland will head out to square off against East Greenwich at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cranston East, they will head out on the road to challenge Scituate at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
