It was fun while it lasted, but Mason's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Wednesday. They fell to the DeWitt Panthers 52-48. The match marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mason fell to 5-1. As for DeWitt, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mason will venture away from home to face off against St. Johns at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for DeWitt, they are taking a road trip to take on Lowell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. DeWitt is facing Lowell at the right time seeing as Lowell is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
