Softball Recap: The Woodlands Comes Up Short

The Woodlands lost against Conroe back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Woodlands came up short against Conroe, falling 15-2. The Highlanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The Woodlands' loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Conroe, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-5.

Looking ahead, The Woodlands will challenge Oak Ridge at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Oak Ridge will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Conroe, they are taking a road trip to take on Cleveland at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday.
