Volleyball Game Preview: Orange Panthers vs. Carrboro Jaguars

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Orange Panthers duke it out with Carrboro Jaguars at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Orange came up short against Chapel Hill on Monday, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Carrboro gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last Monday. They won by a set and slipped past East Chapel Hill 3-2. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Jaguars as it put an end to their 17-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Orange now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Carrboro, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

Orange took their win against Carrboro when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Orange since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
